How To Login:

• There are several ways to login to the system. If you already have an account for the intranet that uses your email address, you can continue to use this, but only to access the website.
• If you do not have one of the old email address accounts already, you can use your ISS username (e.g., phy1abc) and password to login.
• If you want to login to DORIS, you should also use your ISS account details.
• DORIS relies on the ISS server to confirm your details. If you receive an error message indicating that the server is unavailable, please wait a couple of minutes before trying again. If the server is busy, it may take a few seconds to login. Please be patient.
• Staff: In a few rare cases, the ID number stored by ISS does not match your current employee ID. If this is the case, you will be taken through an account recovery process. When prompted, you need to enter your current employee ID number (payroll number).
• There may also be some cases where users are not known to DORIS. If you receive an error indicating that no records were found for your user, please contact Emma Graham (staff) or the postgraduate secretary. Please include details of any error messages displayed when reporting login problems.
